Ease your mind
We live in our head. Numerous thoughts float through our head every day, as if they were fighting over which thought may be perceived first. Sometimes certain thoughts rotate so much that it even results in physical symptoms. Headaches, migraines, a funny feeling in the stomach.
How wonderful it would be to simply clear your head for a change. Take off the top half and give the brain a break and some fresh air. Just let out all the bad stuff, the bad thoughts. And then continue with clarity.
